Please do not print the mobile ticket on paper. The mobile ticket is optimized for display on a mobile device.  If you will not have access to a mobile device on game day, please contact the Panthers Ticket Office prior to the event.

Please download your tickets prior to attending the event, make sure your mobile device is fully charged and have your tickets ready to scan upon entry.  Each ticket is individually barcoded and required for admission.  Lost or damaged tickets may be reprinted from your My Account page on www.pittsburghpanthers.com/myaccount.

Pitt Students Only: You will need to bring a Pitt student ID, which matches the name on the mobile ticket, to gain admission to the event

If you plan on displaying these tickets on an Android phone, your mobile device will need to have a PDF reader installed in order to view your tickets. Your tickets are attached to this email as a link. We recommend that you open the tickets on your phone prior to the event to test your phone's capabilities. Please open the PDF files prior to entry so that they can be scanned.

If you plan on displaying these tickets on an Apple phone, you have two options for viewing. You may select the Passbook files that are attached to this email (.pkpass) and add them to your Apple Wallet application. Please open your Apple Wallet application and select your ticket prior to entry so that they can be scanned. Additionally, if you would like to display your PDF files, please reference the directions above for Android devices.
